Project: To fully renovate, reclad and replace the roof of 4-bed leaky home. Works included the addition of a top-level deck to maximise views, internal room and layout alterations, new windows and external remodelling of the entrance way and garage for easier access.

“Gareth was the expert - called in to project manage a nightmare fix, break the bad news to me and come up with a plan to sort the mess; rotting horizontal and vertical beams, which I saw clearly when he slung his sledge hammer through rotting jib. Gareth should be called Bob - cos he can fix it!
Two entire walls of the bedroom extension had to be removed and rebuilt, reclad with windows that didn’t fall out or leak! Along with some roof stuff and rebuild of a sinking verandah that was erroneously attached to the building (previous dodgey builders!)

He had many good ideas which we put into place and was more than willing to work with recycled timber for the flooring repairs which look fantastic.
The work that Gareth did was excellent and his attention to detail great. His work was not easy as there is not one wall in our old villa which is straight and building the wardrobe to look as though it had always been there was not easy! The finish was very good.
He also did some flooring repairs (fixing previous poor workmanship) and again did an outstanding job. He was willing to work with some timber that we already had, and the repair appears seamless.
